# \[8] 5 - Illegal Sale of Weapon

The sale of any illegal class of weapon as defined in the **Possession of an Illegal Weapon** code.

The sale of any firearm to someone who does not posses a gun license. 

The sale of any firearm by someone who does not posses a gun license.
