[1] 17 - Possession of Items Used In A Crime

Possession of any items used in the commission of a felony or misdemeanor. This includes data-pads, crowbars, drills, burglary tools, etc. which could have been used in the commission of a crime.

Misdemeanor Sentence: None Fine: $250

Note:

Must have probable cause or at minimum reasonable suspicion to arrest someone for possession of an item used in the commission of a crime.
