[4] 16 - Drunk and Disorderly
No person shall, while on government property, public property, or a public road: - Exhibit a lack of physical motor control or fine bodily-motor skills as a result of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs/narcotics.
Misdemeanor
Sentence: 10 Month(s) Fine: $500
Notes: This charge cannot stack with Disorderly Conduct.
A Portable Breathalyzer Test, Field Sobriety Test, or Drug Test should be issued to confirm intoxication. The results and findings of these tests are admissible in court.
Examples: 1) Shouting and screaming causing an argument with a member of the public whilst drunk. 2) Causing disturbance to the peace whilst drunk
