# \[4] 16 - Drunk and Disorderly

1. No person shall, while on government property, public property, or a public road: - Exhibit a lack of physical motor control or fine bodily-motor skills as a result of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs/narcotics.

This charge cannot stack with Disorderly Conduct.

A Portable Breathalyzer Test, Field Sobriety Test, or Drug Test should be issued to confirm intoxication. The results and findings of these tests are admissible in court.

**2)** Causing disturbance to the peace whilst drunk
