# \[3] 21 - Excessive Vehicle Noise

Creating vehicle noise that is disruptive or otherwise inappropriate, such as excessive honking, loud music, spinning tires, damaged muffler, etc.

**1)** Driving at moderate rates of speed and blaring the air-horn of the vehicle (unnecessary) \
**2)** Stationary vehicle at a public parking lot and blasting loud music \
**3)** While stationary at a traffic control device, spinning tired (unnecessary action)
