# \[4] 4 - Obstruction

Willfully tampering with the discovery, apprehension, conviction or punishment of a crime or criminal after a crime has been committed or charged.

OR

Willfully and knowingly hindering or obstructing any properly identifiable police officer, sheriff's deputy, highway patrol officer, or other law enforcement officer during the discharge of their official duties.&#x20;

OR

Willfully and knowingly hindering or obstructing any properly identifiable EMT, paramedic, firefighter, or any properly identified person working under the direction of an emergency medical professional during the discharge of their official duties.&#x20;
