# \[10] 3 - Boating without a License

    

To captain a mechanically powered boat or sea vessel without a valid license to do so. 

* **Infraction:** Without ever having obtained a license.
* **Infraction:** Without a valid license in the captain's possession.
* **Infraction:** With an expired license.
* **Misdemeanor:** With a suspended/revoked license.
