# \[7] 3 - Sale of Controlled Substance

It's illegal to distribute all types of controlled substances.

**Note:** 

For the charge to take place, the law enforcement officers or personnel must have probable cause, that the controlled substances were packages in bindles or for the sale to be attracting a large amount of people which indicates that it's clearly a sale for controlled substances.
