# \[7] 11 - Drug Trafficking

The act of smuggling drugs transnationally, from one state to another. If subjects smuggle from one state to another (e.g. Cayo Parico to San Andreas), they shall be charged with Drug Trafficking. For Drug Trafficking to be a viable charge, there must be proof the subject/s smuggled the narcotics from one state to another. The amount of narcotics recovered must also be valued at $25,000 or more.
