# \[10] 2 - Reckless Operation of a Vessel

To captain a mechanically powered boat or sea vessel: 

* Through congested vessel traffic in a manner which poses a threat to other vessels
* Through the wake of another vessel
* Unreasonably close to another vessel; such that the eye level of the captain of said vessel would be unable to see your vessel (account for bow level)
* Swerving, maneuvering, stunting, or circling another vessel
