# \[3] 3 - Illegal Passing

Passing another motor vehicle on or over a shoulder, median, or solid line. Passing must be completed without interfering with the safe operation of any approaching vehicle from the opposite direction. No vehicle is permitted to overtake more than two other motorists when safe to do so.
