# \[3] 11 -Tailgating

Any individual who operates a motor vehicle, and is persistently too close to the vehicle in front of them. There should be at all times a 2 - 3 car gap between each vehicle, unless road conditions state otherwise (e.g. slow moving congestion traffic).
