# \[7] 1 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

A person who possesses any drug paraphernalia, expect when the substance has been lawfully prescribed to them by a licensed practitioner of medicine or is legally available without prescription is guilty under this code.

Paraphernalia includes:

* Rolling papers. 
* Bongs and hookahs. 
* Smoking Pipes.
