# \[1] 11 - Aiding and Abetting / Accessory to Crime

To knowingly assist, aid, or help in the commission of a crime including but not limited to providing: financial support, advice, transportation, or equipment.

This law does **not** include Harboring a Fugitive, which is a separate crime, and is generally defined as knowingly hiding or sheltering fugitives. 

This law does **not** include the act of Conspiracy, which is a separate crime, and is generally defined as the act of planning to perform a criminal act.
