# \[7] 8 - Urination or Defecation in Public

* It is illegal for any person to urinate or defecate on any public property including: streets, highways, sidewalks, parking lots, or other public areas and structures such as fountains, road verges, alleyways, etc.. 
* It is illegal for any person to urinate or defecate on any private property while in plain view of the public. 
  * For example: No person may urinate on their driveway while in plain view of passing pedestrians and vehicles. 
* It is illegal for any unauthorized person to urinate or defecate on any private property which is not theirs, even if hidden-from-view, except when using a restroom.
* It shall be permitted for persons to urinate or defecate on public lands so long as it:
  * Is out of public view.
  * Is not a Beach or Municipal Park.
  * Is in an area of nature; including woody vegetation, shrubbery, or bushes.
  * For example: A person may urinate or defecate out of public view in the shrubbed-area to the side of a rural highway. A person may urinate or defecate out of public view in the brush of a hiking trial or forest/camp area.
