# \[4] 15 - Disturbing the Peace

Unlawfully fighting, or challenging another person to fight, in a public place. Disturbing another person by loud and unreasonable noise; if this is done willfully and maliciously. Creating a public nuisance. Persistent noise hours begin from 10:30am to 7:45pm IGT (in game time). Any individual(s) are permitted to make a substantial amount of noise during these hours.
