# \[1] 3 - Harassment

**2nd Degree Harassment** is the act of intimidating or pressuring another person aggressively with unwelcome words, deeds, actions, or gestures.

**1st Degree Harassment** is the act of a person being guilty of 1st degree harassment and intentionally / repeatedly harassing another person by following such person in or about a public place or places or by repeatedly committing acts which causes such person to reasonably fear for their physical safety.
