# \[7] 10 - Drug Smuggling

The act of smuggling banned narcotics, within the state. If subject/s smuggle from one county to another (e.g. Los Santos to Blaine County), they shall be charged with Drug Smuggling. For Drug Smuggling to be a viable charge, subject/s must be in possession of narcotics that amount to a value of more than $10,000 in street value.
