# \[4] 10 - Violating a Court Order

Willful disobedience of the terms written in a court order. The San Andrea DOJ can charge the defendant with a Felony. A **court order** is an official judgement or ruling given by a **judge**. A **court order** can be final (at the end of a hearing) or interim (until a final **order** can be made), specific issue **order** - ruling on a specific issue raised with the **court** (e.g. can a building demolition proceed, can a prisoner be executed, etc.).
