[8] 12 - Possession of a Firearm during the Commission or Attempted Commission of a Felony

It shall be illegal for any person to be in possession of a firearm during any of the following: the commission of a felony, the attempted commission of a felony, the conspiring or act of planning a felony.

Firearm shall be confiscated. Sentence: 10 Month(s) Fine: $2,500
